So you have been losing fat and are closer to your target goal ever day, but still have some areas that could do with toning up and tightening the skin. - Allow yourself enough time. You cant completely change your body in a matter of a few days or even weeks, but you can see some results over time, even in those problem areas. Make sure your goals are realistic without putting a lot of stress on yourself.

Working out the right way can have a great effect on what your body will look like, even though it might sometimes take a bit longer than you expected.
